  • ½ cup raw honey
  • 3 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • ½ cup raw pecans, coarsely chopped
  • ¾ cup sliced almonds (raw)
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds (shelled)
  • ⅛ cup brown flax seeds

  • 14g (1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp) granulated sugar
  • 2 ½ tsp kosher salt 
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda 
  • 190g (1 ¾ sticks OR 14 Tbsp) unsalted butter, frozen 
  • 314g (1 ⅓ cups) buttermilk

For Brushing and Sprinkling

  • 2 Tbsp Buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp Turbinado (optional)
  • Sea Salt (optional)
