Ruben keeps all the A+C finances in check. And he’s surprisingly good at cooking. Born in Uzbekistan and raised in Brooklyn, he’s always worked in the food space. He may not still be rolling his own sushi rolls, but you can catch him eating spicy salmon avocado rolls with no crunch at lunch. Ruben’s professional passion though is in growing successful businesses. We can’t imagine a more perfect person to cook our books (wink).
