Recommended glassware: coupe glass
Ingredients
- 1 oz pear liqueur (American Fruits Bartlett Pear Liqueur)
- 1 oz elderflower liqueur (St. Germain)
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 4 oz sparkling wine (Mionetto Prosecco Brut, Treviso DOC)
- 1 lemon twist

Instructions
Step 1
Fill a shaker with ice. Pour pear liqueur, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice over the ice. Cover, and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is extremely cold and begins to frost, about 20 seconds. Strain cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer into a chilled coupe glass.
Step 2
Top off with chilled sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist. Cheers!
