Cocktail Ingredients

  •  2 oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. fermented ginger* or ginger beer
  • ½ oz. fresh lime juice + 1 lime wedge
  • Ice

Fermented Ginger Ingredients*

  • 1 cup fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar

There's something about a Moscow Mule that feels almost medicinal, especially during the winter months. But in a good way. Don't you agree? Needless to say, this is one iced cocktail that is delicious any time of year.

Cocktail Instructions

In a shaker, combine all ingredients and shake. Fill your Moscow Mule mug to the top with ice and pour the cocktail over. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Fermented Ginger Instructions*

In a small pot over medium heat, add all of the ingredients. Stir for 5 minutes or until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat before the mixture begins to boil. Let the mixture cool, then pour into a glass container and loosely cover with a lid. Can be stored at room temperature for up to 5 days (the longer you wait to use it, the better!) Strain before use.
