- 2 Tbsp kosher salt, more to taste
- 2 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper, more to taste
For the Sauce
- 1/2 cup crème fraîche or sour cream
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
