Ingredients
- 9 oz (2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- 2 cups well-shaken buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
- Nonstick cooking spray for the pan
- Pure maple syrup, honey, preserves, and/or butter for serving
