- 2 oz Aperol
- 4-5 oz sparkling Pear cider (Cidrerie Du Vulcain Poire)
- 1 oz club soda
- 1 pear slice
Instructions
Fill a large wine glass with ice. Pour Aperol and pear cider into the glass. Top off with the club soda and garnish with a pear slice. Cheers!
