Ingredients

  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 4-5 oz sparkling Pear cider (Cidrerie Du Vulcain Poire)
  • 1 oz club soda
  • 1 pear slice
The classic Italian aperol spritz embraces the flavors of autumn in this refreshing Pear Aperol Spritz. This low-hassle cocktail only uses 3 ingredients, making it the perfect cocktail to sip after a long day, and it’s oh so pretty to look at! Simply pour the ingredients over ice and garnish with a pear slice. Swapping out the classic prosecco for pear cider adds an effervescent sweetness to this otherwise bitter cocktail that can be adjusted to your liking. (Tip: Taste your pear cider before making your cocktail as some ciders are sweeter than others. If you have a very sweet cider, stick to adding about 4 ounces to your spritz.)

Instructions

Fill a large wine glass with ice. Pour Aperol and pear cider into the glass. Top off with the club soda and garnish with a pear slice. Cheers!
