Shipping Policy

Art and Cook ships to the fifty United States and Puerto Rico.

UPS Ground
3-5 business days*
$7.21 for the first 1 pound, $0.10
for each additional pound

Expedited Delivery
Fed Ex Express Standard Overnight
1 business day*
$9.00 for the first pound,
$1.00 for each additional pound

*Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order prior to shipping. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

**Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes

Ground delivery can take up to 7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii. Express Standard Overnight delivery is available to Hawaii in 1-3 business days.

The weight of a product can be found on its detail page. Please note that this weight refers to the item only, and does not include packaging, which is incorporated in the shipping calculation. To reflect the policies of the UPS & Fed Ex, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Sales Tax

Art and cook collects and remits sales tax in all states which have sales tax, plus the District of Columbia. Sales tax is based on the location of the shipping address.

We guarantee everything we make! If for any reason you are not satisfied with an Art and Cook product, return it for replacement or refund. Please contact Art and cook's customer service department and we will be happy to assist you.
